Preston Gardens’ Fountains Turned On After 20 Years

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Downtown Baltimore is cooling off. Saturday, two fountains are running again in Preston Gardens.

It’s been 20 years since water has flown from the fountains.

The repair is part of an ongoing series of city improvements to make the historic park nicer for people who work or live nearby. The fountain is located in front of Mercy Medical Center on St. Paul Street.
