BLOG: Baltimore Baseball Tonight; The Clock Is Ticking
I assume most of you have given up on the Orioles and have focused your attention towards the Ravens. Unfortunately, however, we only have TWO more Baltimore Baseball Tonight shows left this season -- one at the studio and one at Pickles Pub. Tonight, Bob Haynie, Jim Duquette and myself will be at the CBS studio previewing the third game of the four game series against the Twins. We are off Thursday night as the Ravens host the Washington Redskins in their third preseason game but we're back on Friday, and we're back in a big way.
Join us Friday night at Pickles Pub for our farewell show as the Orioles open up a five-game series against the New York Yankees (doubleheader on Saturday). Bob Haynie, Joe Orsulak and myself will preview the series and recap the last five months of the Orioles 2011 season.
So come for beer. Come for a water. Come for a pickle... or just come and say hello and/or goodbye. We loved meeting fans throughout the season and appreciated all of your support. So let's have a fun farewell.
