Chesapeake Bay Bridge Reopens
SANDY POINT, Md. (WJZ) -- The Maryland Transportation Authority has reopened the Chesapeake Bay Bridge,
linking the eastern and western shores.
The bridge closed early Saturday evening after winds reached dangerous levels.
Irene has moved north and authorities have determined the bridge is safe to cross.
