THURMONT, Md. (AP) — The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says a man has fatally struck his 3-year-old son with a pickup truck.

Cpl. Jennifer Bailey says deputies responded to a home on Kelbaugh Road about 8 p.m. Monday for a report of cardiac arrest.

Bailey says an investigation revealed that a 32-year-old man was backing his pickup truck out of a driveway when he struck his child.

The boy was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The sheriff’s office says it is still investigating.

We are always so eager to point the finger. How dare we become so judgmental, when each and everyone of us probably has made plenty mistakes in our lives.
The father and mother of this child are suffering enough, and there will be plenty of guilt. They lost their precious child!!
    People show some compassion.
