Jefferson Man Charged In Several Shed Fires
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Frederick County authorities say a Jefferson man charged with arson is facing additional charges in connection with several fires in recent months.
The county sheriff's office says David Knight, 26, was initially charged with second-degree arson and malicious burning of a shed in the 3800-block of Jefferson Pike on Aug. 9. Authorities say Knight now faces charges of second-degree arson in connection with shed fires in May and June in the 3800-block of Jefferson Pike, and first-degree malicious burning in another shed fire in March in the 4700-block of Old Middletown Road.
The Frederick News-Post reports that Knight is being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
