TAKOMA PARK, Md. (AP) -- Takoma Park police have identified a worker electrocuted while trimming branches from a storm damaged tree.

Police identified the man as Orlando Hernandez, 48, of Hyattsville, The Washington Post reported Sunday.

Police say a preliminary investigation shows Hernandez was taking down a ladder after trimming a tree Saturday morning when the ladder touched a high-voltage line.
