ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — The new superintendent of Montgomery County schools is holding a series of town hall-type meetings with parents, students and staff members.

Joshua Starr will hold the first of 10 “Listen and Learn” events at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Northwest High School in Germantown.
