BALTIMORE (AP) -- Most schools in the Baltimore area and Anne Arundel County are open more than a week after Hurricane Irene passed through the mid-Atlantic region.

In Anne Arundel County, Marley Glen Special School is reopening Tuesday.
And in Baltimore County, school officials announced that power had been restored to all facilities by Monday afternoon. But on Tuesday, Winfield Elementary was still closed due to a power outage.
