Ravens Fans Anticipate Sunday's Battle With The Steelers

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- The Baltimore Ravens play the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sept. 11. Many Ravens fans call this "Steelers Week" because the outcome of that game, in their opinion, sets the precedent for the rest of the season.

Jessica Kartalija talked to some Ravens fans who are excited about the game.

Ahh...the not-so-friendly rivalry between the Baltimore Ravens and those Pittsburgh Steelers is alive and well.

"Oh, I think the Ravens are going to kick their butt on Sunday," one Ravens fan said.

"I think we're going to come out on top maybe about 2 to 3 points, I'm saying 16-13," said another.

"I sure like the Ravens. I think they're going to win the game and win it by at least a touchdown," said a third.

At Cross Street Market, fans like Argin Henry weigh in.

"They are a good team, and they have our number," Henry said. "As far as the Ravens, whenever Big Ben is playing, they beat us, but I think this year, that will come to an end."

At Nick's Seafood...

"I'm a Ravens fan! Of course I am! I live in Baltimore!" said Timothy Reubin.

The only thing hotter than a crabcake is the Ravens-Steelers rivalry.

"Do Steelers fans know how to eat Maryland crab? No, they know nothing about Maryland crab. Do they know anything? No. Do you like Steelers fans? I like them when they're not here," David Thomas said.

"I really want the Ravens to win, but I will probably be down here because of all the excitement," said Kimberly Littman. "And it will probably be like three points."

But, in just a few days, Steelers fans will make their way to Charm City as the AFC North rivals face off at M & T Bank Stadium in a game some think won't be much of a game at all.

Reporter: "Predictions for this weekends game?"
Ravens Fan: "21-0, Ravens."
Reporter: "21-0? A blowout?"
Ravens Fan: "A blowout."

After the Steelers dashed the Ravens' hopes of going to the Super Bowl two of the last three seasons, Ravens fans say this could be the year.
