I’m not saying it’s definitely going to work, but you have to give Ozzie Newsome and company credit. The Baltimore Ravens identified their need positions, and went to try and fix it. Michael Oher wasn’t working out at left tackle, they brought in Bryant McKinnie. Matt Birk isn’t 100%, bring in Andre Gurode. Torrey Smith isn’t progressing in preseason, trade for Lee Evans. Do I think these moves will show results right away? Probably not, but if they can stay healthy, the Ravens will peak just in time for a deep playoff push.
