Heroin Dealer Sentenced To 17 Years In Prison
BALTIMORE (AP) -- An Annapolis man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for his role in a heroin trafficking ring.
Prosecutors and the FBI announced Tuesday's sentence for Orlando Antoine Foote, Jr. According to his plea agreement, the FBI intercepted phone calls that revealed Foote, 24, had distributed significant amounts of heroin in Annapolis and other parts of Anne Arundel County. Foote is also heard discussing heroin transactions with co-conspirators, including the price and amount of heroin involved.
His prison sentence will be followed by 10 years of supervised release.
