Marty had "Coffee With" Vernice "FlyGirl" Armour.  The first African-American female combat pilot in the history of the U.S. military, fulfilled her childhood dream of working in law enforcement by becoming the first African- American female to serve on the Nashville Police Department's motorcycle squad, and she is one of the only women to have played professional football.
