Lee Evans OUT For Sunday's Game Vs. Jets
Well, as expected, due to his absence at practice, wide receiver Lee Evans has been ruled out of Sunday's game vs. the New York Jets, according to Coach Harbaugh. Although Evans said he's making progress, apparently it's not enough. With veteran wide receiver Derrick Mason, who will be making his Baltimore return, and TE Todd Heap both onto new ventures, will Torrey Smith will once again be looked upon to provide much-needed offense against New York's tough secondary that includes Antonio Cromartie and Darrelle Revis?
Thankfully we have Anquan (Boldin)," Smith said after today's practice.
Ben Grubbs also missed practice today so expect Andre Gurode to start at left guard once again.
Other players who did not practice today are the once again usual suspects: Haruki Nakamura, Dannell Ellerbe and Jimmy Smith.
