Family Fun At The Ultimate Block Party
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- It's a block party that puts all others to shame. The Ultimate Block Party-- a national event-- took over Rash Field in the Inner Harbor for a day of family fun.
Dozens of activities hoped to show parents how important playtime can be for developing children. In the last two decades, children have lost an average of eight hours of free playtime a week.
