BLOG: Orioles Front Office
There was a report in the USA Today from Bob Nightengale saying that there was "no chance" that Buck Showalter would move to the front office of the Orioles. We had Bob on our show to discuss it, and he told us that he was being told that Buck wants to continue to manage. Buck has done a phenomenal job managing this team. Now I know some people might not agree with me, but the win loss record under Buck has been a lot better than could have been expected. This year he dealt with a multitude of injuries and playing in a division where every team finished above .500 in the past 2 years. I don't know where the Orioles will look as far as the front office goes. Rumors were saying Angelos would try to bring MacPhail back for at least one more year. Whatever they do, they need to hurry up. The offseason has already started and the O's need to figure out what the team needs are.
