New Warden Taking Over Hagerstown Prison

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — The state prison agency is installing a new warden at the Maryland Correctional Training Center near Hagerstown.

Wayne Webb will be honored at a change-of-leadership ceremony Wednesday morning at the medium-security prison.

Webb succeeds Kenneth Horning. Horning was the warden from March 2007 until his retirement earlier this year.

Webb has worked at the prison since 1987. He was most recently assistant warden.
