Suspect Arrested In Suitland Metro Robberies
SUITLAND, Md. (AP) -- Metro Transit Police say a man has been arrested and linked to a series of armed robberies in the parking garage of the Suitland station.
Michael Deon McIntosh, 22, was arrested Oct. 16 aboard a Metro train for an armed robbery at a business. Police say he is linked to at least four robberies in the Suitland garage. Police say in each case, a man with a handgun approached riders, demanded property and fled on foot.
Officers say charges are pending.
