Ravens Fans Gearing Up For Sunday's Fight With The Steelers

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A tale of two cities and one of the NFL's fiercest rivalries. The Ravens prepare to head to Pittsburgh for Sunday night's game.

Jessica Kartalija reports things are heating up in both cities days before kickoff.

After that brutal blowout in Baltimore, the Steelers are looking for revenge. But Ravens fans say: "Not so fast."

Baltimore loves its Ravens, and loves to hate the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The feeling is mutual.

"I would say Ray Lewis doesn't know what's coming," one Steelers fan said.

"Terrell Suggs-- I hear he plays with baby dolls," another Steelers fan said.

Now, the Ravens make their way to the Steel City.

"If we play anything like we've been playing, then it could be nerve-wrecking," Lauren Brannen, a bartender at The Greene Turtle in Hunt Valley said. "However, I'm really, really hoping that we win."

"The energy level is high, the volume is high, people are having a good time, enjoying themselves. Every play matters," Jerry Mazurowski, general manager of The Greene Turtle, said.

Sure does! And players are already talking a big game.

"Looking right at you, 86, I need you to play," Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs said. "I need you to play. Put on that 86 and that smile and all the things you do. We need all that for this game."

"Suggs has already called out Hines Ward, and so it's going to be a typical Ravens/Steelers knock-down, drag-out fight," Ravens fan Scott Frazier said.

"They talk a lot of smack, we talk a lot of smack. It's big defenses against each other and it's been long-term, and it's coming. They're going to get it," said another person.

And players on both sides, including Hines Ward, say that they do not genuinely like each other. The fans don't like each other and the coaches aren't friends. No doubt it will be a black and blue game on Sunday.
