Jen Royle: Lee Evans - No. 2 Or No. 3 WR?

Where in the world has Lee Evans been? Unfortunately, not on the field. This week, however, may have been the turning point for the veteran wide receiver who for the first time since his ankle injury, practiced for consecutive games. Evans, who has been extremely frustrated with the slow progress of his ankle, has seemed extremely discouraged (and rightfully so) telling reporters he's never had to deal with an injury of this caliber. Looking to make an impression and a difference on the team, Evans was brought in to fill the veteran void after Donte Stallworth, TJ Houshmandzadeh, Derrick Mason and Todd Heap took their talents elsewhere in the offseason.

Here's the problem. Torrey Smith is a stud, especially after catching the game winning TD pass from Joe Flacco with eight seconds left in the game in Pittsburgh resulting in a dramatic 23-20 victory. There's the problem (or solution) but here's my question.

Where does Evans fit when he's healthy enough to play?

Would you rather have Smith or Evans as Joe's No. 2 target?
