Woman Injured In Hit-And-Run On BW Parkway

CHEVERLY, Md. (AP) — A woman was seriously injured in a hit-and-run collision on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.

U.S. Park Police say it happened after 4 a.m. Saturday as a woman standing outside her disabled car was struck by a white or silver minivan or utility van.

The collision happened on the northbound parkway south of Route 410, also known as Riverdale Road.

The 27-year-old Baltimore woman was taken to the hospital with head and neck injuries.
