Baltimore Police Searching For Missing 4-Year-Old
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore City Police are looking for a four-year-old missing since Tuesday from her home on Tivoly Avenue.
R'ykia Latonya Brown was last seen with a woman known as "Ty". Police say "Ty" failed to return the child to her parents.
"Ty" is described as a black woman between 17 and 25 years of age and two rings on her lip.
Anyone with information that would help in the child's safe return is asked to call 911.
