Westminster Woman Charged With Threatening Witness

WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- A woman has been charged with threatening a witness in a court case against her boyfriend.

Eighteen-year-old Kassaundra Haga of Westminster was arrested Wednesday. She is charged with retaliate against a witness, induce or inhibit testimony and other offenses. She was released on $5,000 bail.

The Carroll County Times reports that court documents state Haga met with a woman who is a witness for the state in a court against her boyfriend, who is charged with a series of burglaries and thefts.

The documents allege that Haga yelled at the woman and threatened to fight her.
