Baltimore County Police Investigate Homicide

WOODLAWN, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police are investigating a homicide.

Police responded to the 2600-block of Purnell Drive at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. Officers found a vehicle with several people in and around it, and found the victim, a 23-year-old man, several homes away from the vehicle. He was lying in a front lawn and had been stabbed several times.

 Medical crews transported the victim to Sinai Hospital, where he died.

The victim was identified as Kevin Eric Regusters.

The neighbor in whose front yard Regusters was found told police she heard loud noises in front of the house and saw someone motioning for help.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the victim had some type of altercation with the people in the vehicle.
