Police: 2 Men Break Into Cars At Dealership

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP/WJZ) -- Anne Arundel County police are investigating after two people were seen breaking into vehicles at a car dealership in Annapolis.

The investigation revealed the suspects entered the lot from Route 50. Police say the men used bolt cutters and other tools to cut catalytic converters out of two cars at Fitzgerald Cadillac early Christmas morning.

One of the men, 35-year-old John Johnson of Washington, was arrested after he got caught in a fence as he tried to climb over it. He is being charged with destruction of property and fourth-degree burglary.

The second suspect remains at large.

An unoccupied tow truck with the engine running was found nearby and was seized.
