Glenn Younes: On Losing And Losers; Colts & Braylon Edwards

A couple thoughts about a couple things...

Colts: Indy is 2-13 and looking at their final game in Jacksonville, a loss and they get the #1 overall pick. Which begs the question: Are the Colts going to dump the game? I understand the question, I do, but I'm also sick of this type of thinking and questioning. Can you imagine asking a guy if he's given up, quitting or is losing on purpose? I mean come on… we all know what's happening, do I really need to read articles and quotes from players about how "this is their job and we have a game to win, we aren't thinking about the draft or what pick we can get, all we are worried about is the Jags and winning on the road" Blah Blah Blah. Do we all know what's up with the Colts, yes! Do you really think a guy in that locker room are going to say "yeah Irsay told us to dump the game or else, so we are going to lose so they can draft Andrew Luck… That's what Jim & Bill told us" of freaking course not. SO that's that, enough about the stupid Colts record and draft pick and not trying to win.

Braylon Edwards: Edwards cleared waivers Thursday which means ZERO teams wanted to get him for the compensation the 49rs were paying him. He may ultimately land with a new team but he'll do it at less money, meaning his value is down. The reason he was cut was lack of production, due to 3 months of time missed to recover from knee surgery.

Now ask yourself this; how can this dude help your team? HE CAN'T. WHICH IS WHY 31 TEAMS PASSED ON HIM. NO, I DON'T THINK THE RAVENS SHOULD LOOK AT BRAYLON EDWARDS… STOP ASKING AND MORE IMPORTANTLY STOP THINKING CRAZY.
