BALTIMORE (AP) — City buildings in Baltimore are closed, but drivers still have to feed the meter.

City offices, with the exception of police headquarters, are closed for the observance of the New Year’s Day holiday Monday.

There will also be no street sweeping. But parking meter enforcement will be in effect.
