BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a sex offense involving a juvenile transgender victim in North Baltimore.

Officers had responded to the area of North and Guilford Avenue for a report of a sex offense just before 3:30 a.m. Nov. 17, and located the 16-year-old victim. 

Further investigation revealed that as the victim was walking within the 2300-block of Hunter Street, an unknown individual approached, forced him against a fence and assaulted him. 

The suspect then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
