ATLANTA (AP) -- James Vincent came off the bench to score a career-high 18 points and Georgia State defeated Towson 57-42 on Saturday.

The Panthers held Towson, which has lost an NCAA Division I record 37 straight games, to 25 percent (12 of 48) from the field. The Tigers made only 4 of 21 shots in the first half.

Georgia State, which won its ninth consecutive home game, led by 16 points in the first half and kept the lead in double digits over the final 14 minutes.

Robert Nwankwo had 17 points, 13 rebounds and six blocks for the Tigers (0-18, 0-6).
