Baltimore City Fire Dept. Investigating Cause Of Fire At Senior Apartment Building
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore City fire officials are investigating the cause of a two-alarm fire at a senior apartment building in Park Heights.
Firefighters have now extinguished the blaze on the second floor of the four-story building.
Officials said that no one was hurt as several residents of the building's second floor evacuated when smoke started to fill the hallway. Others who were not in harm's way remained in the building.
The fire department has not yet released an estimate of the damage caused by the fire.
