SNOW HILL, Md. (AP) — An Ocean City man has been indicted on a manslaughter charge in the death of a bar owner of West Ocean City.

A Worcester County grand jury this week indicted Cyle Walker, 26, in the death of 63-year-old Carey P. Flynn, owner of the 707 Sports Bar & Grill.

Authorities tell the Daily Times of Salisbury that Walker and Flynn got into an altercation on Oct. 6 around the bar’s closing time. Flynn died later at Atlantic General Hospital.

Walker has been released on $50,000 bond.
