BLOG: 50s Make A Comeback Monday

Our taste of winter has come and gone. Now, another round of mild air is returning to Maryland.

Sunshine broke out Sunday afternoon and temperatures jumped back above average. We topped out in the mid 40s. After going below freezing overnight, temperatures will top out in the 50s both Monday and Tuesday afternoons. At the same time, a weak storm will pass south of the state, dragging some clouds along the way.

Another storm will move our way from the northwest Tuesday night into Wednesday. There is the chance for some mixed rain and snow showers as it moves through. This front will also deliver a shot of cold air with it. However, this cold air will be short-lived since we will climb back to the upper 40s on Thursday and 50 again on Friday.

Have a great week everyone!
