Glenn Younes: Blake & Wilcox Together Again
You ever look at Chris Wilcox and wonder if he thinks he should have stayed at Maryland one more year? I do all the time. What he would have been, what the Terps could have been! I think after Dixon and Baxter left Wilcox, Blake and Drew Nicolas could have returned to the Final Four for the third straight season.
Seeing Chris, who now plays for Boston, play against his college teammate Steve Blake and the Lakers brought back memories and thoughts of "what if?" Don't get me wrong, Wilcox has bounced around the NBA 9 years & made a freaking ton of cash. Not really won but been in decent cities, seen the country and lived in different places. Playing for the Clippers, Seattle, Knicks, Thunder, Pistons before this season. Who knows maybe he made the right decision...Interesting sports convo though...
