Man Pleads Guilty To Fatal Shooting Outside Glen Burnie Tavern
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A Glen Burnie man has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the shooting death of another man outside a tavern.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that Clayton Avila Battle, 34, entered the plea Thursday.
Prosecutors say they'll ask for life with the possibility of parole at sentencing May 17.
Prosecutors say Battle shot and killed Kelly Fisher, 30, of Glen Burnie outside Dietrich's Tavern in Glen Burnie on Dec. 4, 2010.
