ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A Glen Burnie man has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the shooting death of another man outside a tavern.

The Capital of Annapolis reports that Clayton Avila Battle, 34, entered the plea Thursday.

Prosecutors say they’ll ask for life with the possibility of parole at sentencing May 17.

Prosecutors say Battle shot and killed Kelly Fisher, 30, of Glen Burnie outside Dietrich’s Tavern in Glen Burnie on Dec. 4, 2010.

Atypical of what comes from out of Glen Dirty. Section 8, Mexicans & criminals make up the demographics. Why? Because it is easy to place your trash in an area that has a low IQ of people to begin with. They would never try that in downtown Annapolis. G.B. is a haven of tattoo parlors, fast food & used car lots.

Learn the proper use of the word “atypical” before you talk about other people’s IQ, moron.
