Prince George's Co. Leaders To Give Info On Development Fund

GREENBELT, Md. (AP) -- Officials in Prince George's County are providing information this week on a $50 million economic development incentive fund.

County Executive Rushern Baker III and other officials will discuss the fund Wednesday evening at an information session for the business community.

The fund is intended to encourage expansion of the county's commercial tax base and promote development opportunities for small businesses.

Baker and other officials will discuss how the application process works and how long it takes.

The information session is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt.
