Crews Investigate Leak From Heating Oil Tank
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Baltimore City Fire Department is investigating a hazmat incident.
It happened Wednesday in the 600-block of North Caroline Street at the Eastern Health Center. Hazmat and EMS were on location with a leak from the heating oil tank.
The building was evacuated and ventilation and cleanup is underway. One person was treated and released for exposure to fumes.
Eastern Health District will be closed Thursday because of fumes from the spill. All clinics are canceled.
