Family Members Of Teen Involved In Fatal Crash Cited For Providing Alcohol At Party
DAVIDSONVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- It was a devastating crash that killed three teenagers and another driver in January. The teens were driving the wrong way down Route 50. Now family members of one of those teens are in trouble with the law.

The mother and older brother of one of the teens killed are now charged with throwing a party and serving alcohol to minors the night of that deadly accident.
Police say an alcohol-filled house party may be to blame for a deadly crash that killed three teens and another driver. Police say Brittany Walker, 19, was under the influence when she drove her car the wrong way for miles down Route 97, then Route 50. She crashed head-on into a BMW, killing herself and two passengers, Zachary Rose and Breanna Franco. The driver of the BMW, 55-year-old Terry Wayne Davis, also died.
Now, police say the teens were coming from a party at Franco's Severna Park home. Franco's mother, 44-year-old Debby, and her 23-year-old brother Joshua have been cited for giving the teens alcohol.
"My clients deny that they ever furnished anybody with alcohol who was not of legal age and they look forward to their day in court to clear their names," said attorney David Fischer, who is representing the family.
He says these allegations are false and come at a very difficult time for the family.
"They have absolutely been devastated, the entire family," Fischer said. "Every time I've spoken to them, they're practically in tears."
If the Francos are found guilty of providing alcohol to minors, they face a maximum $500 fine. They wouldn't face any jail time because they only received a civil citation. They were not charged criminally.
Investigators say the driver of the BMW, Terry Wayne Davis, was also under the influence.
