More Charges In Md. Crash That Injured Toddler

OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- A man accused in an Ocean City car crash that injured a toddler and her mother is facing more charges,
causing a delay in the trial.

Andre James Kaczynski was scheduled for an upcoming trial in Ocean City District Court. But Worcester County State's Attorney
Beau Oglesby tells The Daily Times of Salisbury that he's filed more charges and that the case will be moved to the county's Circuit Court.

No new trial date was immediately set.

Authorities say Kaczynski was high on PCP at the time of the Dec. 16 crash that injured 20-month-old Ava DelRicco and her
mother, Ann Marie DelRicco. He faces two PCP possession charges and has also been charged with causing life threatening injuries by driving while impaired by an illegal drug.
