Oakland Man Dies In ATV Crash

OAKLAND, Md. (AP) — The Garrett County Sheriff’s Office says a 34-year-old Oakland man died in an all-terrain vehicle crash.

The sheriff’s office says David Shillingburg was operating a 2003 Yamaha Raptor ATV Sunday on Smith Drive near the rural community of Deer Park when he failed to make a turn and traveled into the woods. Authorities say the ATV rolled on top of Shillingburg.

Investigators say they are awaiting information from the state medical examiner’s office about the cause of death.

Dave, or should I say aka “Willie joe” because thats who you are . Where does it say in the article he was drunk? It doesn’t thats just you assumeing things like always and thinking your right which you never are your always 100% wrong. Have you been to a funeral of a teen or anybody who died riding an ATV ?? By your comments I highly highly doubt you have. Anybody who has known somebody who died while riding a ATV is not going to get on a news website and make nasty comments about somebody else or comments like ‘ Anybody who rides these things are A-hole” or ” jerkoff drunks, serves them right” .You sir are the Jerkoff maybe your the jerkoff drunk put down the 6 pack and do something with your life instead of being online allday. Why don’t you get on a ATV the world would be a better place without a**holes like you.
