Baltimore City Voting Schedule Changed To Align With Presidential Voting
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- There will be a big change for the next citywide election: it has been delayed for a year.
According to WJZ's media partner, The Baltimore Sun, the General Assembly has decided to re-align the city's voting cycle with presidential voting schedule.
Supporters say the change will boost voter turnout and save the city money.
The measure moves the next citywide election to November 2016.
