2 Arrested In Connection With Cockeysville Armed Robbery

COCKEYSVILLE, Md. (WJZ)– Baltimore County police have arrested two men in connection with an armed robbery at a Cockeysville store Thursday.

Police say one of the men arrested was armed with a handgun. Both men threatened employees at the Alpha Gold Exchange and fled with money and jewelry from the store.

The suspects then crashed a Toyota Camry on McCormick Road and fled from there on foot. One suspect was arrested in the parking lot of the Cockeysville police station. The second suspect was tased and arrested in another parking lot off McCormick Road.

Police are continuing their investigation into this incident.
