Metro Employees To Hand Out 400,000 Survey Cards
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Metro employees will be handing out 400,000 survey cards at Metrorail stations to collect information for planning and operational purposes.
The questionnaires will be distributed at all 86 stations from Friday through May 25. Customers will be asked about the trip they are making when they receive the form. Riders can return the surveys in a collection box at the station or mail it in. The surveys can also be completed online.
Randomly selected participants will be given SmarTrip cards, a rechargeable plastic fare card.
