Md. Police Seek Witness In Silver Spring Shooting
SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) -- Police in Montgomery County are urging a woman who they believe witnessed a killing in Silver Spring last year to come forward.
Police said Friday the witness is described only as an older, Hispanic woman.
She is believed to have gotten on a bus shortly after the Dec. 27 shooting of Franklin Ikechukwu Amobi, 24.
Authorities say the reward for information on the slaying has grown to $10,000.
