After trading out of the first round Thursday, the Ravens will be busy Friday, as they have three selections to make: two in the second round and one in the third. Their overall selections are 35, 60, and 91. Six more picks await the Ravens on Saturday.

Lost in the draft was the Orioles sweep of the Blue Jays. The Birds start a 3 game series with the Oakland A’s at the yard Friday. Jake Arrieta, who is 1-1, takes the ball Friday night for the Birds. Brandon McCarthy, who is 0-3, starts for Oakland. Gametime is 7:05 p.m. The Tigers get set to open a series with the Yankees in the Bronx. Detroit outfielder Delmon Young has been arrested in New York on a hate crime harassment charge after he allegedly attacked a group of men while yelling anti-Semitic slurs.

NHL: The Captials have their conference semi-final opponent and it’s the top seeded New York Rangers. Game 1 of the series is Saturday at 3 p.m. in Madison Square Garden. The Caps split the season series with the Blue Shirts with each team winning twice.

NBA playoffs start Saturday. In the East, the Knicks face the Heat in Miami, the Bulls host the 76ers, the Pacers face the magic in Indy, and out west the Thunder welcomes the defending champion Mavericks.
