DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County police say a District of Columbia man has been arrested in connection with the killing of a woman in District Heights.
Police say Jermaine Anthony Livingston, 40, was arrested Thursday and is awaiting extradition to Maryland, where he will be served with a warrant charging him with first-degree murder.
Authorities say they were making a welfare check at an apartment in the 2100-block of Brooks Drive on April 4 when they found Raquel Israel, 32, unresponsive in a bedroom. Israel was pronounced dead at the scene.
