BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport Briefly Evacuated For Odor
LINTHICUM, Md. (WJZ) -- Passengers were evacuated at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport Monday morning due to a mysterious odor.
Officials say the smell prompted hazmat teams to clear two concourses.
Investigators say a suspicious item, believed to be pepper spray, was recovered from a trash can.
No one was hurt.
The concourses are now back open.
