Jerry Coleman: Orioles And Injuries

The 2012 Orioles are off to an unimaginable start, and seem to have a different feeling about them. The Birds have managed to stick around 1st for the last month, something nobody expected. Even with the injuries they are enduring this season, it’s not stopping them from finding another person to fill the spot. It also gives the fans a chance to see indications that new GM Dan Duquette has done alright.

As for the Manager Buck Showalter, he does not look past anybody, and Showalter feels very confident in how they have been able to “mix ” the line-up with different players.

After this 9 game home stand, the Orioles will travel to Kansas City for a short two games. Then, they will go to the Metro area to take on the Nationals in the Battle of the Beltway.
