ABINGDON, Md. (WJZ)– Angry with “The Avengers,” a Maryland man causes a scare when he gets frustrated with the popular movie.

David Walters is accused of pulling the fire alarm Monday night while watching the movie at the Regal Cinemas Theater in Abingdon.

He allegedly got upset because the movie was closed captioned.

If he’s convicted, the stunt could land Walters in prison for up to five years.
