Baltimore Police Commissioner Suspends 2 Officers For Inappropriate Behavior
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- The Baltimore City Police Department says Commissioner Fred Bealefeld has suspended two police officers after he noticed them behaving inappropriately at a downtown restaurant.
Anthony Guglielmi, spokesman for the department, said that Bealefeld was at Miss Shirley's Cafe on East Pratt Street at 9 a.m. on Thursday when he relieved the officers of their duty on the spot, and took their guns and badges.
Guglielmi said Bealefeld is a regular at the restaurant.
