3 Men Walk Out Of Halfway House In West Baltimore

TOWSON, Md. (WJZ/AP)— Corrections officials are looking for three pre-release offenders who left Dismas Halfway House in West Baltimore.

Details on how the three were able to leave the facility are still being investigated.

But officials say around 12:30 a.m. Sunday, 22-year-old Antwan Fraiser, 23-year-old Joseph Ryles and 20-year-old Emanuel Rich left through the front door, which sounded an alarm.

Security staff immediately conducted a headcount and discovered them missing.

Officials say all three were serving time for drug distribution. Fraiser started serving three years in February, Ryles started serving one year in February and Rich started serving two years in October.
