Man Accused Of Photographing Kids At Rest Areas

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Maryland State Police are looking for witnesses or victims of a man who photographed children at two rest stops.

Troopers say on May 6, Brian Williams of West Chester, Pa., was arrested and charged with visual surveillance with prurient intent. Police say a witness called after seeing Williams, 28, take a picture of a young boy using the urinal in the men's room at Chesapeake House on I-95 in Cecil County.

An investigation showed cell phone videos depicting 11 unidentified children using bathrooms at Chesapeake House and Maryland House in Harford County.

Williams was released on $35,000 bond.

Troopers say anyone who visited the rest areas should contact state police at 410-537-1163.
